Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of 1NDEKS, including its website, membership features, profiles, messaging features, community spaces and related services.

By accessing or using 1NDEKS, creating a membership, or completing payment for membership, you agree to these Terms.

2. Operator

1NDEKS is operated by Dini Utara Sdn. Bhd. (SSM Registration No. 1520782-K), Malaysia.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use a 1NDEKS membership.

By creating a membership, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the minimum age requirement.

4. 1NDEKS Membership

A successful membership registration gives you access to applicable member features and assigns you a unique 1NDEKS number or place within the 1NDEKS system.

Membership is intended for an individual person. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity carried out through your membership.

Certain membership numbers, positions, identifiers or designations, including Founding 100 places, may have special status within 1NDEKS. Their availability is determined by the 1NDEKS system and applicable allocation rules.

5. Membership Numbers and Places

1NDEKS numbers and places are identifiers within the 1NDEKS service. They do not represent shares, securities, financial assets, ownership interests in Dini Utara Sdn. Bhd., or ownership of any physical or digital property outside the rights expressly provided by the service.

Numbers are generally assigned according to the applicable 1NDEKS allocation process.

If a membership is cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed after a number has already been assigned, 1NDEKS may retire that number. A retired number will not be reassigned to another member.

6. Payments

Membership fees and applicable payment information are presented before checkout.

By submitting payment, you authorize the relevant payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

Payments are also subject to the separate Payment & Refund Policy.

7. Profiles and Member Information

1NDEKS may display limited profile information publicly as part of the World and identity experience.

Additional profile information may be available only to verified members. Visibility may depend on the feature, membership status, privacy settings and the design of the service.

You must not deliberately impersonate another person, provide materially false identity information, or use profile content in a manner that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

8. Profile Photos

Where a profile photo is required, 1NDEKS may require the image to clearly represent a real human face.

Images that do not meet the profile-photo requirements may be rejected, removed or require replacement.

9. DOTS and Member Communication

DOTS allows members to communicate directly with other members.

You are responsible for the content you send. You must not use DOTS for harassment, threats, fraud, spam, unlawful activity or other conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines.

1NDEKS may provide safety features such as Ignore, reporting, access restrictions and communication cooldown periods.

10. The First Square and Shared Content

The First Square and other community areas allow eligible members to participate in shared spaces.

Content posted in shared community areas may be visible to other members participating in those areas.

You retain responsibility for content you submit and must ensure that you have the right to share it.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use 1NDEKS to:

• engage in illegal or fraudulent activity;
• harass, threaten, exploit or abuse another person;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• send spam or unwanted bulk communications;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
• use automated systems in a manner prohibited by 1NDEKS;
• upload or distribute malicious code;
• violate the rights of another person; or
• otherwise violate the Community Guidelines.

12. Enforcement

1NDEKS may investigate reported or detected violations and may take reasonable action to protect members, the community and the service.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension or termination of membership.

13. Service Changes and Availability

1NDEKS is an evolving service. Features, interfaces, functionality and availability may change over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

14. Intellectual Property

The 1NDEKS name, branding, software, interface, design, systems and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to Dini Utara Sdn. Bhd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of 1NDEKS intellectual property to members.

15. Your Content

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit to 1NDEKS.

By submitting content where platform display or processing is required, you grant 1NDEKS the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit and operate that content as part of providing the service.

16. Privacy

The handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using 1NDEKS at any time.

1NDEKS may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, legal requirements, security concerns, fraud, misuse or risks to other users or the service.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dini Utara Sdn. Bhd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use 1NDEKS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements or operational practices.

When material changes are made, the effective date displayed on this page will be updated and additional notice may be provided where appropriate.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under applicable law.
