1. About this Notice

This Service Disclaimer & Availability Notice explains important limitations relating to the operation, availability, accuracy and use of 1NDEKS.

It should be read together with the Terms of Service and other applicable 1NDEKS policies.

2. Evolving Service

1NDEKS is an evolving digital service. Features, interfaces, community functions, technical systems and service structure may be modified, improved, replaced, restricted or discontinued over time.

Changes may be made for technical, security, legal, operational, community, commercial or product-development reasons.

3. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

While we aim to keep 1NDEKS available and operational, continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, technical faults, infrastructure failures, network problems, security incidents, third-party service disruptions or other circumstances.

4. Scheduled and Emergency Maintenance

1NDEKS may temporarily restrict or suspend access to part or all of the service for scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, security updates or technical changes.

Where reasonably practical, advance notice may be provided for material planned interruptions, but this may not always be possible.

5. Third-Party Services

1NDEKS relies on third-party technology and infrastructure providers for certain functions, which may include hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, image handling, networking and other technical services.

Interruptions, changes or failures affecting these third-party services may affect the availability or performance of 1NDEKS.

6. Internet and Device Dependence

Access to 1NDEKS depends on factors outside our direct control, including your internet connection, device, browser, network provider and local telecommunications infrastructure.

1NDEKS is not responsible for service problems caused solely by those external systems or conditions.

7. Accuracy of Member Information

Some information displayed on 1NDEKS is provided directly by members.

Although 1NDEKS may apply registration, profile, moderation or safety controls, we do not guarantee that every statement, profile detail, representation or communication made by a member is complete, current or accurate.

8. Member-to-Member Interaction

1NDEKS provides tools that allow members to interact through features such as DOTS, Squares and member profiles.

Members are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when communicating with or relying on information provided by other members.

1NDEKS does not endorse every opinion, statement, offer or representation made by members through the service.

9. No Financial or Investment Product

A 1NDEKS membership, number, place, Founding 100 designation or other platform identifier is not a share, security, investment, financial instrument or ownership interest in Dini Utara Sdn. Bhd.

No increase in monetary value, resale value, investment return or financial benefit is promised or guaranteed.

10. No Ownership of Physical Location

A country, region, number, place, tile or position shown within the 1NDEKS World is part of the digital service only.

It does not give a member ownership, possession, territorial rights, property rights or legal rights over any real-world location or land.

11. Numbering System

1NDEKS uses a structured numbering and place-assignment system as part of its membership experience.

Reasonable technical and operational measures may be used to preserve the integrity and sequence of that system.

Where a number has been assigned and later retired, it may remain unavailable for future assignment in order to preserve the historical record of the platform.

12. Service Features May Change

Existing features may be improved, redesigned, combined, replaced, restricted or removed.

New features may also be introduced as 1NDEKS develops.

The existence of a particular feature at the time of joining does not guarantee that the feature will remain permanently unchanged.

13. Data and Technical Errors

Despite reasonable efforts, technical errors may occasionally occur, including delayed updates, display errors, failed requests, duplicated operations, synchronization issues or temporary inconsistencies.

Where reasonably possible, 1NDEKS may investigate and correct confirmed errors affecting membership records or service operation.

14. Security Incidents

No online service can eliminate all security risk.

In the event of a suspected security issue, 1NDEKS may temporarily restrict access, disable features, require additional verification or take other protective measures.

15. External Links

1NDEKS may contain links to external websites or services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dini Utara Sdn. Bhd. does not control those external services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security or availability.

16. No Professional Advice

Information made available through 1NDEKS is provided as part of the platform and community experience and should not automatically be treated as professional legal, financial, medical or other specialist advice.

Where professional advice is required, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

17. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

1NDEKS may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Dini Utara Sdn. Bhd., including natural disasters, severe weather, telecommunications failures, power failures, cyber incidents, government action, civil disruption, war, public emergencies or major failures of external infrastructure.

18. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dini Utara Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from service interruptions, third-party failures, member conduct or reliance on information available through 1NDEKS.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Changes to this Notice

This Service Disclaimer & Availability Notice may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, infrastructure, operational practices or applicable legal requirements.

The effective date displayed on this page will be updated when material revisions are made.
