1NDEKS is designed around a visible global identity system. Certain limited profile information may therefore be visible to public visitors.

Publicly visible information may include your profile tile, display name, assigned 1NDEKS number or place, profile photograph and Founding 100 status where applicable.

Information that is not designated for public display will not normally be shown to unauthenticated visitors.

Verified members may be permitted to see additional profile information that is not available to public visitors.

This may include your region, state or province and other profile information made available through the member experience.

Visibility may vary depending on the feature, your membership status, privacy settings and future changes to the service.

6. Email Address

Your email address is used for purposes such as member access, authentication, account communication, customer support, security and service administration.

Your email address is not displayed publicly as part of your 1NDEKS profile.

7. Payments

Payments for 1NDEKS membership are processed through third-party payment providers.

1NDEKS may receive and retain information such as payment status, transaction references, amount, currency and other information required to confirm and administer your membership.

Full payment card information is generally handled by the relevant payment provider rather than stored directly by 1NDEKS.

8. DOTS

DOTS is a private member-to-member communication feature.

DOT communications are not displayed publicly as part of the World or public member profile experience.

However, communications may be processed or accessed where reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate abuse or reports, protect members, enforce the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, comply with legal obligations, or maintain security.

9. The First Square and Shared Member Content

Content submitted to The First Square or other shared community spaces is intended to be visible to eligible participants in those spaces.

You should therefore avoid posting information in shared spaces that you do not want other participating members to see.

10. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

create and administer memberships;
assign and maintain 1NDEKS numbers or places;
authenticate member access;
provide profiles, DOTS, Squares and related features;
process and verify membership payments;
provide customer support;
respond to reports and enforce community standards;
