Community Guidelines
Effective 09 September 2026
1. Purpose of these Guidelines
1NDEKS is built around real human identity, global membership and member-to-member interaction.
These Community Guidelines explain the standards expected from members when using profiles, DOTS, The First Square, member-created spaces and other interactive parts of 1NDEKS.
2. Be a Real Person
1NDEKS is intended for real human members.
Members must not deliberately impersonate another person, create a misleading identity, or present another person's identity as their own.
Where a profile photograph is required, it should clearly represent a real human face and comply with the profile-photo requirements of the service.
3. Respect Other Members
Members should communicate in a respectful manner, even where opinions, backgrounds, cultures or interests differ.
You must not:
- harass or repeatedly target another member;
- threaten or intimidate another person;
- encourage violence or physical harm;
- deliberately humiliate or abuse another member;
- engage in stalking or persistent unwanted contact.
4. Hate, Dehumanization and Discrimination
Content or conduct that attacks, dehumanizes or promotes hatred against people based on protected personal characteristics is not permitted.
Members may discuss social, cultural or political subjects, but such discussion must not be used as a vehicle for targeted abuse, threats or dehumanization.
5. Sexual Exploitation and Non-Consensual Content
1NDEKS must not be used to share or solicit sexual content involving exploitation, coercion, non-consensual imagery or any sexual content involving minors.
Threats to distribute intimate or private material without consent are also prohibited.
6. Illegal and Dangerous Activity
Members must not use 1NDEKS to organize, promote or facilitate illegal activity.
This includes fraud, theft, trafficking, malicious hacking, distribution of harmful software and other unlawful conduct.
7. Fraud, Scams and Deception
Attempts to deceive other members for financial, personal or commercial gain are prohibited.
This includes phishing, false investment schemes, fraudulent payment requests, impersonation scams and intentionally misleading offers.
8. Spam and Unwanted Promotion
Do not use DOTS, Squares or other member features to send repetitive, automated or unwanted bulk messages.
Genuine personal or business interaction may occur between members, but aggressive solicitation, mass promotion and spam are not permitted.
9. Privacy of Others
Do not publish or distribute another person's sensitive or private information without proper authorization.
Members should also respect the private nature of DOT communications and should not misuse information obtained through member-only profile access.
10. DOTS
DOTS is intended for private member-to-member communication.
Members should respect another member's decision not to communicate.
Attempts to bypass Ignore, cooldown periods, account restrictions or other member-safety controls may be treated as a violation of these Guidelines.
11. The First Square and Community Spaces
The First Square and other shared spaces are intended for community interaction among eligible members.
Members must not deliberately disrupt shared spaces through flooding, repetitive posting, coordinated harassment, malicious content or other behavior that materially interferes with normal participation.
12. Member-Created Squares and Channels
Where members are permitted to create their own Squares, channels or group spaces, the creator and participants remain subject to these Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service.
A private or member-created space is not exempt from 1NDEKS safety and conduct rules.
13. Intellectual Property
Only share content that you have the right to use.
Do not knowingly upload, reproduce or distribute material in a way that infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
14. Platform Security
You must not:
- attempt unauthorized access to another member's account;
- probe or attack 1NDEKS systems or infrastructure;
- circumvent security or access controls;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- use automated systems in a prohibited manner;
- interfere with the normal operation of the service.
15. Reporting
Members may use available reporting tools to bring potentially harmful, abusive or prohibited conduct to the attention of 1NDEKS.
Reports should be made in good faith. Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may itself result in action.
16. Ignore and Member Safety Controls
1NDEKS may provide features such as Ignore, cooldown periods, communication restrictions and related safety controls.
Members must not intentionally circumvent these controls or use another account or method to continue unwanted communication.
17. Enforcement
1NDEKS may review reports, relevant content and account activity where reasonably necessary to investigate potential violations.
Depending on severity and context, enforcement may include:
- warnings;
- content removal;
- temporary feature restrictions;
- communication restrictions;
- temporary suspension;
- permanent termination of membership.
18. Context Matters
Not every disagreement or unpopular opinion is a violation.
Where appropriate, 1NDEKS may consider context, severity, intent, repetition, credible risk and the impact on other members when reviewing reported conduct.
19. Changes to these Guidelines
These Community Guidelines may be updated as the 1NDEKS community and service evolve.
The effective date shown on this page will be updated when material revisions are made.
